For more than 40 years, Arapahoe Roofing has repaired and built the roofs of some of the region’s premiere homes and institutions. And not by accident.
The company built itself up from a little operation started in 1967 to crews of more than 150 managed by Bellitt and Partners Terry Lavelle and Mark Bellitt, Bob’s son.
We insist on turning out first-class work with teams who display the utmost in professionalism, working in sometimes grueling conditions to quickly and exactingly repair and install the roofs of family homes and commercial enterprise.
We include a two-year warranty on every roof we build and manufacturer’s extended warranties are available for 10 to 30 years on low slope roofs and for up to 50 years on tile and shingle roofs.
